Carocare’s mission is elementary. To supply value for money solutions in Pressure Area Care with QUALITY. Being involved in this industry for over 20 years, we have concluded that pressure care products can be kept simple, affordable, and most importantly they PERFORM. There are far too many products offered that have too much “Style over content” that can cloud the issue of what the product can really offer. All our products are designed with this in mind.

All our product ranges are unified in our IDENTI-QUICK system. Basically this works alongside the three levels of risk assessment.

1.       Low-Medium

2.       Medium-High

3.       High-Very High

We have found that when an initial risk assessment is carried out, time can be lost in identifying a suitable bed for the patient. Our IDENTI-QUICK system is simple. For each level of risk there is a colour.

1.       Low-Medium         = BLUE                                                             

2.       Medium-High        = PURPLE                                                       

3.       High-Very High      = PEACH                                                         

Simply by lifting the side sheets, a nurse or carer can instantly recognise what level of benefit the mattress offers. Saving:-

1.       Time      : - Stripping sheets to find screen print or labels, mattresses do get moved around!.

2.       Money    : - Wasteful staff time.

3.       Alleviating patient waiting time and stress during bed allocation.

Our products also come with screen print and tags ensuring no mistakes can be made. Also if the covers are being washed, our foams are printed with the products name, ensuring the correct covers go back on the correct foam.
